Lilian is a no pressure sales person who gives advice but never pushes you to make a decision if you are not ready. She lets you look at cars without being right behind you like most car salesman do. I like the freedom to look without the pressure and then still have someone willing to answer your questions and work for you when you are ready. Thanks for the pleasant experience!!!!! More
Rick Humphrey was a great help to me. I have been dealing with him for many years now, on my many cars I have purchsed through Automax, and he is such a great guy to deal with. He is always very helpful and always does what he can to get the car I want for the price I can afford. He is always friendly and we even chat when I come in for service on my vehicles. Having him at the dealership allows me to feel comfortable coming back each time to get a new car. I believe this is my 7th Hyundai that I have purchased from the Del City Dealership. It's always good to see a friendly face when making such a big decision like buying another new car. If he wasn't at the dealership, I am not sure I would come back as often. Most of the other guys I knew have left, but as I said, Rick has always been helpful and again helped me buy a new vehicle, which I love!! Thanks. More
I was given a quote by their internet sales department. The price was great, so I drove 3.5 hours to come see the car. The sales guy was nice, showed me the car, and took me for a test drive. We even briefly discussed the sales price given to me. After looking over the car, we sat down to discuss terms. A few minutes later, the manager comes over and tells me he's not going to honor the price I was quoted. Instead, he gives me a price several thousand more than what I was told. So, we leave. A whole day wasted. Everyone was very nice, but the manager we dealt with was definately not. If you quote a price for something, you should honor that quote (especially if it's in writing). In terms of quality, there were a couple issued with the car that I was concerned about. Of note, the car was inspected by their mechanics prior to being shown. First, the car had a strong vibration when I took it for a test drive. This could have been simply the tire pressure or something major. Second, one of the large hoses in the engine had electrical tape around it. How did that pass their inspection? More

this is my first time to buy a brand new car. Lilian was my dealer and was probably the best saleswoman as far as cars go that ive ever dealt with. Ok, I know I am an idiot for trusting a used car dealership to be honest with me about a car I want to purchase so that fact that I got taken is my fault. At some point in life I would like to find dealership to be honest with me about a car I want to purchase so that fact that I got taken is my fault. At some point in life I would like to find a dealership that I did not have to become a total jerk with in order to get fair trade value and a fair price on a used car. After 1/2 an hour of haggling I finally arrived at a price that was acceptable, only to have the finance guy raise the price another $140 dollars. (should have walked out then) The car had the "check engine" light illuminated and was told it was most likely an O2 sensor and an easy fix. (I know, I should have stopped everything, found a reliable mechanic, and had it checked out) Of course I did not, and now I won't see the car for the next 4 days because it is in the shop with a bill looming @ $1500. The salesman put some gas in the car when we picked it up, but did not tell me the gas door latch was broken and stuffed down into the door panel. (how he got the door open I do not know, but somehow didn't think it necessary to inform me). They changed the oil before I picked up the car, and when I got home I found that the sleeve for the oil dip stick was broken off and the stick was stuck into the side of the engine. (No way that wasn't noticed, but once again completely overlooked) The words "AS IS" are what they are, and again shame on me for trusting someone that is only looking at me as a commission. When I called back to see if any of these problems would be fixed, I was told They were sorry, but would not make any reparations. I was sent an email thanking me for buying the car, and that they hoped I would be a loyal customer due to their 5 star service. I think I will still keep my search alive for a dealership with integrity. More
