First, I'm a repeat customer from over 3 years ago when I purchased a 2009 Santa Fe. Over the years I've used the AutoMax Service Dept. for all the maintnenace performed on my Santa Fe and have been totally purchased a 2009 Santa Fe. Since my buying and service experience have been great over the years, we thought we would go back for our second vehicle. Our second buying experience was actually better than the first. I can't say enough about the treatment we received from our Sales Associate David Kile. For someone who does not like car shopping, this says alot. Working with David was probably the best I've ever experienced of all my car buying experiences. From the time he met us in the parking lot until we drove away in our new Hyundai, David's positive attitude from start to finish was second to none. There was no pressure and it was very important to him we had all of our questions answered to our satisfaction. If he didn't have the answer, he would find someone that knew the answer to our question. Also, I want to throw out a "kudo" to our finance associate, Bill Rains. Once again, no pressure and very thorough explaining the various extended warranties and all the paperwork we had to sign. I liked his "color coding" of the signature blocks, green for guys and pink for ladies. Bottom line, our overall experience was great. There was not much "wasted time". I got my 2013 Hyundai Elantra because of Lilian O'Kouri. I was looking at Hyundai Accent for fuel economy. I haven't been to a car dealership in eleven years. And, needless to say, I wasn't looking foreword to the experience. Anyway, my experience with AutoMax Hyundai Del City was great. I emailed ahead for an appointment to take a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, Cody Clark, Sr. Sales Consultant greeted me at the front door. The car I was interested in was already there and ready for a test drive. After the test drive and after they looked over my trade in, we went to Cody's office where he made me an offer I couldn't refuse. From Cody to the Sales Manager, Danny Haithcock and all the way through the entire process, it was a no hassle, no pressure experience. My wife and I couldn't believe how smooth everything went. As a young buyer I felt I was being taken advantage of for the past couple of weeks at most dealerships. I couldn't get my two sense in without being interrupted or rushed to look or buy a vehicle. After I narrowed my choice down I found a vehicle at AutoMax. When I arrived I was greeted with a man named Ken. I had explained to Ken what I was looking for in vehicle quality and he helped me narrow my options. After I descided that I wanted the vehicle we sat down and got to business. As a first time buyer I felt no rush, nor pressure and I wasn't being taken advantage of. Ken went above and beyond to get me approved at the right deal. Without him I truly beleive I wouldn't have a new vehicle until sometime next year. He did a fantastic job and was very proffesional as well as friendly.
