We have been to several Hyundai dealers in the OKC metro area and NO one was as friendly, carrying You must see Lilian Kouri for you vehicle purchase. We have been to several Hyundai dealers in the OKC metro area and NO one was as friendly, carrying and as attentive to our needs as Lilian at AutoMax Hyundai. We located the dealer through USAA and the process couldn’t have been simpler. We wanted to trade a vehicle that we didn’t enjoy after we purchased it (different manufacture and we were upside down and knew it). We knew what our trade was worth and knew what vehicle we wanted, with the total price in mind that we would pay with negative equity. Other dealers offered insulting trade offers and felt they had us over a barrel. We told AutoMax what we thought was fair for the trade and vehicle purchase and they agreed. My wife and I were both Military and would highly recommend them to all service members at Tinker or surrounding area. Also, my wife handled everything by herself while I was at work. No one tried to bully her and trick her into some nonsense. If you want a GREAT deal and want to be treated like you should be treated go to AutoMax and ask for Lilian Kouri!!! More
Terrible Experience I purchased a car from Auto Max located in Del City less than a month ago. During our deal I spoke with Doug Campbell who said they would pay for Tax I purchased a car from Auto Max located in Del City less than a month ago. During our deal I spoke with Doug Campbell who said they would pay for Tax tags and title or at least said an 800 dollar check would be in the mail by Friday 4/18/2014. It is now Tuesday 4/29/2014. I called to see where my check was and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes I was finally put through to Doug who bluntly said you are a owner we don't do take backs this is a done deal, you should have made a better deal, get over it, and then actually hung up on me. He lied to me about the check I would be receiving and manipulated us into believing he was paying for the tax tags and title to simply get me out of there. I-240 dealer offered a 200 dollar better deal but we took del-city instead because of the convenience and because of our initial sales man Reggie. If the company will go back and review the conversation held on 4/29/2014 between 7-7:30pm they will hear first hand on how their sales manager represents them and himself. More
Poor Service Work I took my Hyundai Santa Fe that I purchased at that location about a year and a half ago for a standard oil change. Once I got home, there was a large I took my Hyundai Santa Fe that I purchased at that location about a year and a half ago for a standard oil change. Once I got home, there was a large oil puddle in my drive way, they forgot to tighten the oil drain plug. I called to have them fix it, which they did and offered me two free oil changes. I recently took them up on that and had them align my tires and rotate them as well. Three of the five lugs on the front right tire were loosened with my hand, two of the five were loosened with my hand on the driver side. I hand tightened them down to drive it back to the store to have it fixed. Danny, the general manager was extremely helpful providing me with a loaner for the night since the service department was closed. The following morning Kendall from the service department called saying my car was ready for pick up and they offered a $40 refund for the issues with the car back onto the card they had swiped, they claimed they had all my account info and didn't need my card for that transaction. I waited approximately a week and called them to check on the refund because there was no deposit. I talked with Kendall from services and Jay the service manager about my refund, which I was then informed "It was an in store credit, and frankly a good will gesture since I received the service I requested". When asked for a corporate number or higher manager I was told by Jay that "he was it and that he did not have to provide that to me, and it was up to me to use that in store credit if I came back or not". Quote from one of their employees " I am embarressed to work for a company who's quality of work put your family's lives in danger." The sales department at this establishment was quite an exceptional experience, however being a single mother and active military member, I would not trust anyone from there service department to work on mine or anyone's car for that matter. There are better car service places in Del City/Mid West City, please look around before taking your vehicle here. So far I've had a 2 of 2 horrible and dangerous experience, it's not worth dealing with their poor customer service to remedy their mistakes. More

GREATEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Back on 4/3/2014, my wife and I went to trade in our 2013 Elantra for a 2014 Elantra. AutoMax Hyundai-Del City had sent us a letter offering us a gre Back on 4/3/2014, my wife and I went to trade in our 2013 Elantra for a 2014 Elantra. AutoMax Hyundai-Del City had sent us a letter offering us a great deal on a swap. They (AutoMax Hyundai-Del City) lived up to their letter offer. When we arrived, Barbara Burch was immediately there to greet us and she was kind and professional. Barbara took us over to Lillian O'Kouri, our personal salesperson. Lillian O'Kouri was absolutely the best: courteous, very professional, yet sweet and very personable She was not pushy and she listened to our specifics and our situation. She made us feel at home, and very welcome. She was attentive, showed us several options and she went out of her way to get us the best deal possible. Lillian was just terrific! She got us an outstanding deal and hooked us up with an upgraded 2014 Elantra. We were so happy with her, that the next day we returned and bought another car (a new 2013 Santa Fe). (Lillian and Danny Haithcock and Abe Baltrush worked together to get us an outstanding deal on that, too.) Next, we went to James "Abe" Baltrush, who handled the financing arrangements, and he went out of his way help us, too. He searched quickly and got us the best deal on a great rate and made the whole financing situation seemless and painless. He is kind, courteous, professional and has a great sense of humor. The whole team though, at AutoMax Hyundai-Del City, were wonderful to be around. They are truly super people. While Lillian was working on our numbers, the whole AutoMax Hyundai-Del City team was making sure we were comfortable, and they offered us refreshments and made us feel at home. Finally, we talked to the Sales Manager, Danny Haithcock, who hooked us up with free window tinting and some free oil changes. He was polite, personable and professional and you could tell he really wanted us to get a great deal. The whole experience at AutoMax Hyundai-Del City was fantastic. It was the greatest sale experience we had ever encountered. Lillian O'Kouri, Danny Haithcock, Abe Baltrush and Barbara Burch were the very definition of great customer service. I can't stress enough how impressed I was by AutoMax Hyundai-Del City as a whole, and specifically Lillian O'Kouri We will definitely be returning to AutoMax Hyundai-Del City in the future for all our auto needs; and we will tell all of our friends, military or otherwise, that if they want a great deal on a car, you need to go see Lillian O'Kouri at AutoMax Hyundai-Del City in Del City! So, I looked around on the internet and found a car I wanted at Hyundai Del City. I was put in touch with a lady named LIllian. Lilian was the best sales person I have ever dealt with! She worked very hard at getting us what we wanted. She never pushed us to look at anything we didn't request or out of our price range. The financing went pretty quick as well. I would definitely go back just because she did such an awesome job! Lillian is truly a genuine car sales lady, I highly recommend her. More
