I didn’t even get a call after the service from him. Having second thoughts on Mercedes due to his poor service and him not caring about other people time. I would have expected him to call me to see how things went as he never even spoke to him. He was bailed out by his colleagues. Shame on you Eddie. More

Stay away from Tom Lood-one of the worst and the most unprofessional,poor management level service advisor that I have seen in the last 20 years. This person has completely no respect to your car and you unprofessional,poor management level service advisor that I have seen in the last 20 years. This person has completely no respect to your car and your personal time. Long story short-kept my car for over four weeks,damage it,store damaged part inside my cars,never checked after service-release it to me, and after I came back with the same issue same day again kept it another week and kept telling me they were very busy to work on it and never provided complete repair to my vehicle. So the guy like that shouldn’t be working in a customer service and position. He deserve a sweeping the lot job over there. Shame on service general manager who letting Tom work over there. Strongly advise him to stay away from this guy. More
After my service rep told me the charges, we corrected the amount, and he notified me the work would proceed; he never contacted me again to notify the work was completed and the car ready for pickup. I waited an additional 2 hours until I sought assistance and was told going to lunch was some type of excuse for not contacting me again. I hope this was not some form of retaliation for holding him to the previously quoted price. More
