The staff was courteous and helpful but the diagnostics needs some improvement. They could not replicate symptoms but did not accept my photo proof of issue. They easily wrote off the complaint and found a needs some improvement. They could not replicate symptoms but did not accept my photo proof of issue. They easily wrote off the complaint and found another issue to blame. I think they wanted to return the car speedily without attempting to replicate the issue more than once. More
Simple 10,000 mile checkup It seemed simple but communication was not good, leading to frustration. The maintenance was projected to take 1 hour. I elected not to ask for a loaner and not to wait in the waiting room, and arranged for someone to pick me up. Agreed that I'd pick up at 5 PM. I received no notice that the car was ready so I called. after some delay I was told they would call back. Never received the call so we drove over to pick up the car. I was told it wasn't ready and it would be ready the NEXT DAY. Shocked because it was a 1 hr maintenance job and I had an 8:30 AM appointment, I asked why? I was told they had gotten backed up, and didn't I receive a text? We received a text with the manager's name and address and nothing else at ~5:00 PM, like that justified everything. Upset I left and was told my car would be ready by Noon. On the bright side I we received a call saying they would deliver my car to me at home before noon. This was achieved and I appreciated that I did not have to drive back to the shop. So, I would recommend the shop for maintenance, but with some resevations. Cost for a minor checkup was quite expensive as well. Len Rago More
