Gloves They took a box of nitrl gloves from the trunk of my vehicle. Not good. I expect a Mercedes dealership to be honest. Annual vehicle service I have had my service done at AutoHaus since we bought the vehicle in 2006 and for most of that time Eddie Garcia has been the service rep and done an I have had my service done at AutoHaus since we bought the vehicle in 2006 and for most of that time Eddie Garcia has been the service rep and done an excellent job but I thought this time the level of service was not as good as in the past. I decided to use Auto Haus for recommended tire replacement since I had the vehicle in for annual service and they gave me a loaner to use. ( For many years, I used other services for tire replacement because Auto Haus did not offer this service.) I probably should have used COSCO since they were significantly cheaper and were able to get the job done in one day where Auto Haus had to order the tires and then there was an additional delay when the tires had to go through the alignment process. In addition, when the vehicle was finally ready and I picked it up and drove away the "check engine" light went on and I had to bring it back twice for this problem and it never was fixed; although Eddie told me that it was probably due to the engine oil being dirty when it was changed which set off the sensor. He told me that I should drive the vehicle for 30 days before I bring it back so I hope he is right since I don't want to go through the added expense and inconvenience of having to bring it back to change out the sensor. It would seem to me that this problem could have been avoided had the mechanic been more careful when changing the oil but I am no mechanic and have to rely on the quality of work done in the shop. More

Ken (service manager) is fantastic. I took my car in for a B service and a trans & brake fluid service. Ken and his master technician were very accommodating and took the time to thoroug I took my car in for a B service and a trans & brake fluid service. Ken and his master technician were very accommodating and took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. I am very particular about my cars and this one in particular. They did everything I asked and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be taking all of my MB's to Autohaus of Edens from here on out. Thanks again. More
