My wife has brought my car to Autohaus on Edens several times for service, and we have noticed a recurring and troubling pattern. Each visit, we are presented with a list of repairs labeled as "urgent" or times for service, and we have noticed a recurring and troubling pattern. Each visit, we are presented with a list of repairs labeled as "urgent" or "critical"--only to later find out from independent mechanics that many of these repairs are completely unnecessary. This isn't a one-off issue. It's happened multiple times, where items flagged as immediate concerns--such as newer tires, a suggested broken windshield wiper fluid system, etc.--were confirmed to be in good working order by trusted, certified professionals elsewhere. It feels less like a genuine diagnostic process and more like an attempt to upsell services I don't need. As a long-time Mercedes owner, I expect honesty and transparency from a dealership and the brand in general. Unfortunately, our experience here has left me questioning the integrity of their service department and why Mercedes would accept dealership behaviors like this. I strongly urge other customers to seek a second opinion before authorizing repairs. More
