Tony Patel is the rock star of this transaction. The only things that went smoothly were directly under his control. The measure of a business is how it handles things that go wrong. In this instance the firm hired to process the multistate transaction made this a nightmare. The dealership and Tony tried to overcome most of this, and did succeed. They even at one point offered to deliver the car at their expense. Which mattered to me, I did not want to wait a week for my car so we did some things different to finish off the paperwork. I would buy here from Tony again, I would handle the plates and title without involving the "firm" they use. More
