Stay away from Tom Lood-one of the worst and the most unprofessional,poor management level service advisor that I have seen in the last 20 years. This person has completely no respect to your car and your personal time. Long story short-kept my car for over four weeks,damage it,store damaged part inside my cars,never checked after service-release it to me, and after I came back with the same issue same day again kept it another week and kept telling me they were very busy to work on it and never provided complete repair to my vehicle. So the guy like that shouldn’t be working in a customer service and position. He deserve a sweeping the lot job over there. Shame on service general manager who letting Tom work over there. Strongly advise him to stay away from this guy. More

After my service rep told me the charges, we corrected the amount, and he notified me the work would proceed; he never contacted me again to notify the work was completed and the car ready for pickup. I waited an additional 2 hours until I sought assistance and was told going to lunch was some type of excuse for not contacting me again. I hope this was not some form of retaliation for holding him to the previously quoted price. More

The service department did not take responsibility for misdiagnosing an issue with my car. I paid for a service that did not resolve an issue. I brought it in a second time for service and still it was n misdiagnosing an issue with my car. I paid for a service that did not resolve an issue. I brought it in a second time for service and still it was not resolved. The third time I brought it in, they diagnosed it was something else and would not admit they misdiagnosed the original issue. They do not believe they need to correct anything and I am responsible for paying something that never needed to be replaced. Very frustrating and extremely disappointed. More
