He was not around when I got in and was assisted by someone else and when it was time to check out I saw my car outside and I waited for 20 minutes and he never called me, eventually I went up myself and was checked out by someone else. I didn’t even get a call after the service from him. Having second thoughts on Mercedes due to his poor service and him not caring about other people time. I would have expected him to call me to see how things went as he never even spoke to him. He was bailed out by his colleagues. Shame on you Eddie. More

Kevin put in a lot of work finding just the right car for me. He looked beyond what was on the lot. Stay away from Tom Lood-one of the worst and the most unprofessional,poor management level service advisor that I have seen in the last 20 years. This person has completely no respect to your car and you unprofessional,poor management level service advisor that I have seen in the last 20 years. This person has completely no respect to your car and your personal time. Long story short-kept my car for over four weeks,damage it,store damaged part inside my cars,never checked after service-release it to me, and after I came back with the same issue same day again kept it another week and kept telling me they were very busy to work on it and never provided complete repair to my vehicle. So the guy like that shouldn’t be working in a customer service and position. He deserve a sweeping the lot job over there. Shame on service general manager who letting Tom work over there. Strongly advise him to stay away from this guy. More
