Service advisors Tom Lood and Cindi Link and Nick Maniatis in the Sales department are both important assets to Autohaus. I used to buy and service my cars with a different dealership but changed and Maniatis in the Sales department are both important assets to Autohaus. Nicholas Maniatis was great, and the vehicle was delivered in good shape. However, the purchasing process with the Finance/Management Dept. was upsetting. Only at the point of purchase (when I'm in the office writing the check) was I given options for prepaid maintenance, extended warranties, tire coverage, etc.. Several of these options were several thousands of dollars, and there was no advance notification of these options and the pricing, and no ability to 'sleep on it' and choose the next day. I didn't appreciate the hard-sell, now or never, approach. More
