John was very patient with an ongoing issue I was experiencing with my vehicle. Although the issue was difficult for the team to identify - he continued to work with me as I provided videos of the sp experiencing with my vehicle. Although the issue was difficult for the team to identify - he continued to work with me as I provided videos of the specific noise etc and with my videos the team appears to have been able to determine what needed replacement - water pump - as I have not experienced the noise since I picked up my car. thank you John for listening to me as a customer and following thru with the issues in my car.
