We would like Autohaus to have a better pricing strategy, which will avoid customers like us finding out deals outside and price matching 2. Pre-paid maintenance we purchased supposed to save 30%. It turned out to be a savings of 78 dollars, which is a shame for you and me. Though I did not buy from your competitor, they have sent me a coupon for 15% off of the first service, which is more than the great prepaid deal we received (78 dollars). Forgot to mention about the commendable support of the service team. I was able to get a software update done in one visit. Technician stayed late to accommodate my request. I was bit hesitant to go for a service visit in two days after purchasing a new vehicle but decided to stop by (took 2 weeks to make the decision) and it was worthwhile. More
