Very average Service representative appeared distracted .. couldn’t remember my name what the issue with the car was. I had to ask for options to solve problem. Ha Service representative appeared distracted .. couldn’t remember my name what the issue with the car was. I had to ask for options to solve problem. Had to request that tire pressure was corrected. Had to ask for car to be pulled of the lift because he did not listen to the fact that I was going to consider options. Had to ask for the diagnostic report. The one report indicates window washer fluid was low.. there was no offer to top it up . He was too fixated on selling me new tires . I was not impressed with service attention at all. Very disappointing More
One month in and I am in for service. I have to say that I did not expect to have my new Mercedes in for service after only one month. Prem was great. Made a Difficult Situation Much Easier I bought a 2019 GLA and after driving the car for a short time heard a noise in the engine. I took the car in and they needed to keep the car for an extended period of time for repairs. Although this was inconvenient for me, working with Jim Link and Prem Parikh made the whole situation 'not so bad'. I was given great cars to drive for loaners, was kept up to date on at least a weekly basis, and everyone was always friendly and courteous. I have my car back now and absolutely love it. Even with the issue I had, I would not think twice about buying another. Additionally, I would chose Autohuas on Edens because I know if there is a problem, it will be taken care of, no problem. More
