When I arrived, Ken and Cindi Jim in service took time to listen to my concerns, set me up with a drop off time and loaner that was convenient to me. When I arrived, Ken and Cindi took care of everything I needed. They stayed in touch throughout the day and resolved my issues. In for Express Service & Battery Replacement I came to Autohaus on Edens for 'Express Service' (service A including an oil & oil filter change, check fluids, assess the car's condition, etc.) and I came to Autohaus on Edens for 'Express Service' (service A including an oil & oil filter change, check fluids, assess the car's condition, etc.) and for a new car battery as the old one, though working properly, was almost 7 years old. The work was done very promptly, completed at the time promised, at the price quoted, performed by an MB trained technician and with MB factory/authorized/approved parts/fluids. They also updated the car's software system and they addressed a MB service campaign, both at no cost to me. The service personnel were very agreeable and answered the questions I had. I was quite pleased and found the experience very satisfactory. Further, I feel I can fully rely on the work performed and the evaluations given. I hope to see them next year at this time. JC More
