We didn’t feel like we were being pushed or up sold into vehicles with functionality we didn’t need or warranty packages that made no sense based on how we would use the vehicle. We originally intended to purchase a certified preowned vehicle that was a dealer loaner. Unfortunately that vehicle wasn’t available when we visited. Nick made it a point of letting us know before we came in and proactively worked with his management to come up with a new car option which was very close in price. More
Annual service and a tire leaking air. Service was done promptly and efficiently. I did have an issue when the tire leaking air continued to leak after the service repair, but Ken resolved Service was done promptly and efficiently. Extremely disappointing. Bought car over the internet. Told it was flawless. Low miles (12K). Should be. Got it. Noticed it was backed into something. Whole sales team w Bought car over the internet. Had to do all the calling because no one would call back. Sales manager thought it was too bad its what you bought. Finally after reminding him this was a Mercedes dealership he agree to ascetically fix the problem. Thank God the shipper had photos when he picked it up showing the damage. What should of happened? They should of told me to take it to a Mercedes dealer in my area and get it fixed one your dime. One of your employees backed it into something and another one of your employees didn't inspect it before it left for shipment. Then a group of employees don't want to resolve the issue. More
