My wife and I had a great purchase experience for a new GLC 350e. Matthew Popper was very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful as we explored Mercedes GLC 350e options and other plug-in hybrid SUVs. Whil GLC 350e. Matthew Popper was very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful as we explored Mercedes GLC 350e options and other plug-in hybrid SUVs. While this was not our first Mercedes purchase, it was our first plug-in hybrid purchase. As such, Matthew did an excellent job of recognizing our experience with Mercedes while providing new and relevant perspectives related to plug-in hybrids in general and the GLC 350e options specifically. After purchase, Matthew guided us through a comprehensive walkthrough and technology set-up of the vehicle. In addition, Bob Ruscitti was a great listener and was helpful while we were deciding which option was best for us, along with a fair and transparent process to close the deal. We would highly recommend them to others. More
