The overall buying experience was not as pleasant as we expected to. The reason we bought the car from this dealer was it’s close to where we live. We thought it will be convenient for the future service expected to. The reason we bought the car from this dealer was it’s close to where we live. We thought it will be convenient for the future service. We hoped we didn’t make this decision for not checking with other dealers. The salesperson was eager and acted not as what he said. His service and attitude was completely different from before and after the sales of the car. Is this the common practice of this dealership? I will not recommend this salesperson and this dealer to anybody. I hope this bad experience would not affect the decision to own a Mercedes vehicle. More
