One “blip” occurred when I went to the cashier to pay my bill and pulled out my checkbook. The employee looked at it and said “We don’t take a check for this amount ($2350.00). That sort of inferred that my check may not have been good. Didn’t appreciate that bit of “customer service”. More

Service was wrapped up quickly BUT the customer service and miscommunication have always been an issue for both my husband and I. I continue to leave that place in pure frustration! This particular time, I had made an appointment with a nice lady on the phone. She got me right in! WITH a loaner. I thought to myself things have changed there. Well, that was short-lived! When I got there, there was no record of my appointment, I told them who I talked to, that didn’t seem to matter to them at all! Instead, Chris told me I had to reschedule the appointment 2 weeks out! I was furious. I called my husband, and asked if he ever got an email about the appointment. Sure enough, he did because the nice lady I originally talked to put it under his name and car. When I called back the amount of disrespect was disgusting. I was treated as if it was my fault for the mishap they created! Truly is an awful experience. If the car wasn’t under warranty still, I would have been long gone somewhere else! They were not sorry in fact I was a nuisance to them even though I rearranged my entire day to get this service done. When I brought it in 2 weeks later, they were prompt but as stated earlier, we constantly have an issue with the miscommunication/ customer service department at Autohaus. We do not recommend. You spend so much money on a car, they really should be better! More
