Generally I have been very pleased this time not as much. I was quoted a price, then after service I was told that price didn’t apply to my X3. Had an appointment for weeks to drop off. When I arrived, I was told it might be 2 days before it was ready because I was dropping it off. I asked how long if I wait, so I lied and said I would wait. It was ready in less than 2 hours. Of course, you tried to upswell me when I picked it up - to the tune of more than $5k! BMW dealerships are the worst. More
