There are two reasons I have given Autuhaus this review: fantastic customer service and a no-pressure buying experience. I wasn't sure which model I wanted so I spent quite a bit of time test driving the various options over the course of a couple of weeks. My sales rep, Bill, was happy to answer any of the questions I had in great detail and put me under no pressure to purchase a car. When I decided to make the purchase Bill was very fair in dealing with me and was open to negotiating. At no time did I feel like any of the typical games were being played. Finally, Autohaus dealt with paying the state tax as well as getting the plates. It made for an easy and painless process. I will definitely be using Autohaus for all of my service and for my next BMW purchase. Doug Mersman More
