I never have a problem getting an appointment when I need to, Chris is always so nice and helpful and always keeps me informed of what work I need to have done with my car, how long it will take and how much it will cost. In the event the service is going to take a little while, he is always able to provide me with a loaner car while mine is in service. I purchased my 3 series BMW in 2005. It is well beyond its 5 year warranty and needs some maintenance here and there. When it is time for service, I always set my appointments with Chris Clem. I have been going to Autohaus for about 5 years. There are 3 other BMW dealerships in the area. All of the other ones are stuck up, arrogant, typical snobbish one might expect from a luxury car place; ho are 3 other BMW dealerships in the area. They offer a sentiment that they genuinely value your business, work hard to keep it, promote & maintain a VERY friendly environment to be in... employee AND customer! This is the exact reason I am going to work ONLY with Autohaus when purchasing my next car, and the main reason I'm going to try to stick with the BMW brand! These guys are great!!! This dealership is fanastic and the staff is a true credit to management/ownership as well as to BMW. I am always greeted by all the Service Writers and Porters, etc with "Hello Mr. Leisure". Mike Crader is great and he is always cordial and eager to assist in any way possible. I contacted Mike on Tuesday and he was able to schedule my service for Thursday the same week. He suggested that I wait for my vehicle, which I did, and was in and out of the dealership within an hour. My car was returned to me as 'clean as a whistle', which is always a definite plus. I will continue to recommend Autohaus BMW to my family and friends. More
