It's nice taking my car in for service and not having to plan my day around a car maintenance shop. I don't have to sit around and wait for the car or try to figure out a way to get a ride from friends or family. Not only that, my service adviser clearly knows his Beemers. I'm confident I will get the correct service assessment and the correct maintenance completed for my vehicle. The only slightly lower rating I will give is in regards to the price. With a dealership, you are always going to pay more. However, I will say this though. I have been to independent maintenance shops in the past. Nine times out of ten, they end up wasting my time. I may pay a higher price at Autohaus, but I can be confident that they are going to service my vehicle right the first time. More
I have worked with Chris Clem to schedule all of my maintenance over the last two years. Chris has been extremely helpful in finding a service time that fits my schedule. I have been taking my car to Autohaus for service since I bought my car from them back in early 2011. I have worked with 5-6 different service advisers, and they all are great people. The last two times I bought my car from them back in early 2011. I have worked with 5-6 different service advisers, and they all are great people. The last two times I have had my car in I worked with Chris Clem. Chris really takes his work seriously and went above and beyond what is called for in a service adviser. He is very knowledgeable guy, and makes you feel like he is working for you instead of BMW. This is the type of guy that makes an impact at where he works, and deserves credit for his work. I'll be requesting to work with Chris in the future. More

Always friendly, completely knowledgable about the vehicles, attentive to need, honest and returns the vehicle on time. It helps that he is a "car guy" himself and appears to thoroughly enjoy being around these BMW's. He has also offered great advice and the same top quality service to a family member who does not appreciate BMW and just wants a car that works! More

Autohaus has the best customer service around. Chris Clem is my go to service advisor. He always takes great care of me and my car. Whenever I have an issue with my car I give him a call and he always Clem is my go to service advisor. He always takes great care of me and my car. Whenever I have an issue with my car I give him a call and he always manages to make an appointment for me very quickly, sometimes even the same day. He's so nice and friendly when I arrive for my appointment and always has a loaner car ready for me so I can be on my way to work without any hassles. He's really quick and efficient and I never have to wait long for anything. While my car is being serviced he stays in contact with me to keep me up to date on when it will be ready, if parts are in stock or need to be ordered and how much it will cost. I never have to call him to check up, he's always on top of it. I tell all of my friends with BMWs to go to Autohaus and ask for Chris, he's the best. Thanks Chris! More
Plain and simple: Best price and customer service. All done over the phone. Renard is very respectful and straight to the point. I did not have to deal with belittlement or professionalism issues as well. From Chicago to Maryland to NJ to St Louis. This dealership knows not to waste time as their clientele do not have much time to waste. Drove a distance from another state to take delivery of my new BMW. This dealership's reputation is solid, and so is Renard's, and he is willing to assist in any way he can. No argument or back and forth at all. Phone calls are returned the same day, and emails are responded to in a timely fashion. Very professional and appreciated. If there is something you do not like, he will go out of his way to assist or help if he can. Im looking forward to getting my next BMW from this dealership and Renard in the future. From the moment I pulled in to the beautiful BMW facility I was impressed. Doors opened right on time and I was greeted by a nice young man who directed me where to park and opened the door for me!!Dan Wiric I was impressed. He listened to everything I had to say about the issues I was having. That afternoon Dan called and explained in detail what my car needed, the benefit of why it needed the repairs and the cost involved. I agree to the repairs and he told me he would have the parts the next morning and would call me when the car was ready. My car was ready as promised early afternoon and I went and picked it up! What a wonderful experience at BMW Autohaus! Very impressed with Dan and all the staff including "Davie" the porter who left a note on my front seat letting me know he had washed and vacuumed my car and Kathy the cashier!
