We were searching for a specific 500 series BMW and had been looking for two days in St. Louis when we stopped by the dealership to look at a vehicle we found listed on the web. Karen was quick to introduce herself and immediately made a positive impression. She listened intently to what we were looking for, discussed and showed us options at their dealership, and helped us focus on the car we ended up purchasing. She arranged for the car to be moved from the showroom for a test drive. Her conversation and explanation of the vehicle only reinforced our positive first impression. After a thorough discussion in her office, we agreed to purchase the BMW 528i we were interested in. That is when Karen truly shined. Knowing we were from out of town, and without hesitation, she arranged for the car to be cleaned, paperwork completed, and coordinated the closing process to make the purchase in minimal time so that we would not be inconvenienced and could take the vehicle with us. It was refreshing to watch a person commit resources to expedite this process for our benefit. She actually made buying a car a fun experience. Karen represented herself in a highly professional manor and directed the transaction in a way that left us impressed with not only her ability, but a very positive reflection on the Autohaus BMW organization. She exudes a spirit that leaves you with the impression that all of the staff is there to serve you. In fact, on reflection, Robert also did and awesome job in dropping what he was doing, and cleaned the vehicle we purchased with a positive attitude and a smile. He made us feel his purpose that day was to make us satisfied. Autohaus BMW is very fortunate to have a team who make customers feel their immediate needs are met with such attention.
