I have just had a lot of work done on my 2006 3 series and it was fairly costly though the car does have 97,000 miles. Dan is always responsive, proactive and will go out of his way to explain exactly what the problem is and to provide a loaner at the last minute as I needed on my last visit. Dan seems to be a very positive person by nature and when repairs need to be done his approach is exactly what's needed. More

I never have a problem getting an appointment when I need to, Chris is always so nice and helpful and always keeps me informed of what work I need to have done with my car, how long it will take and how much it will cost. In the event the service is going to take a little while, he is always able to provide me with a loaner car while mine is in service. I purchased my 3 series BMW in 2005. It is well beyond its 5 year warranty and needs some maintenance here and there. When it is time for service, I always set my appointments with Chris Clem. I have been going to Autohaus for about 5 years. There are 3 other BMW dealerships in the area. All of the other ones are stuck up, arrogant, typical snobbish one might expect from a luxury car place; ho are 3 other BMW dealerships in the area. All of the other ones are stuck up, arrogant, typical snobbish one might expect from a luxury car place; however, Autohaus is the EXACT opposite! They offer a sentiment that they genuinely value your business, work hard to keep it, promote & maintain a VERY friendly environment to be in... employee AND customer! This is the exact reason I am going to work ONLY with Autohaus when purchasing my next car, and the main reason I'm going to try to stick with the BMW brand! These guys are great!!!
