Upon arrival, Linda S said that I was actually due for an oil change as well, so she set me up in a (very nice) loaner car, and then phoned the next morning when the car was ready! It was such a breath of fresh air to have my car ready promptly, BEFORE it was promised, and to have such an easy experience at a car dealership! Thanks Autohaus! More

But to me, it is worth the extra effort just to deal with an honest up-front individual who loves cars as much as I do. A friend of mine recently contacted Brett and ended up purchasing a car as well. I should add that my friend lives in DENVER and in his words, there was just no way to get the great price and hassle free experience from any of the dealers near him. So he flew to St. Louis, got picked up at the airport by Brett and was on his way home in less than an hour. I highly recommend Brett and Autohaus! More
