He was able to make the creation process less intimidating and also gave some great suggestions that helped me bring my dream car to life. In addition, he is always friendly and accommodating whenever I would come by to either bring the M3 for service or when I would stop by just to talk shop about cars. He is extremely knowledgeable about BMW as well as cars in general; a real driving enthusiast. Finally, I always feel comfortable with discussing pricing as I have found Autohaus to be very competitive among their competitors. It's nice taking my car in for service and not having to plan my day around a car maintenance shop. I don't have to sit around and wait for the car or try to figure out a way to get a ride from friends or family. Not only that, my service adviser clearly knows his Beemers. I'm confident I will get the correct service assessment and the correct maintenance completed for my vehicle. The only slightly lower rating I will give is in regards to the price. With a dealership, you are always going to pay more. However, I will say this though. I have been to independent maintenance shops in the past. Nine times out of ten, they end up wasting my time. I may pay a higher price at Autohaus, but I can be confident that they are going to service my vehicle right the first time. More

He is very knowledgeable guy, and makes you feel like he is working for you instead of BMW. This is the type of guy that makes an impact at where he works, and deserves credit for his work.
