Most customer oriented experience I have had buying a car Dennis and Wendy went the extra mile to make sure I was a happy customer. I bought a car that had some scratches and a door ding. I asked when I purch Dennis and Wendy went the extra mile to make sure I was a happy customer. I bought a car that had some scratches and a door ding. I asked when I purchased if they could get them out. They said sure. After I picked up the car I figured they did what they could but I was a little disappointed in how it still looked. Dennis called to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I said I wished they could have done more with the scratch and door ding. He said bring it back in and we will go over it again. Wendy had a specialist come out and go over the car. We went over the car when I go there and SHE was not happy with the outcome so she said "stay in the BMW that you have been driving for the last few days because we are going to make this car perfect!" THEY PAINTED THE CAR! Holy cow this was above and beyond. I am very happy with the outcome and I would send anyone to this dealer. What a great overall experience. More
Best Buying Experience: Autohaus & Renard LaSane Renard LaSane was so patient and responsive to my "wish list". It was my first "like new" purchase and my best buying experience ever! I was determi Renard LaSane was so patient and responsive to my "wish list". It was my first "like new" purchase and my best buying experience ever! I was determined to wait for my ideal car: color combination and features. I kissed a few frogs before we found my prince - and the frogs were very nice, just not quite "it". Renard stayed in touch over many, many months. When I test drove my car on Monday - I knew this was the one. Three days later, my dream car was in my garage. I'm sure Renard was thinking "finally!" - but he never said it. He's a most gracious man. His sales demeanor is perfect. Not too pushy but he hears you and keeps searching until he finds that just right match. Renard was patient and answered every question. He knows the BMW product line. (Rick Riccio was a dream to work with as well. One of the most pleasant debt acquisitions I've ever experienced!) Autohaus - thank you for your service orientation. I've been with a large multi-brand dealer for 21 years. I truly see the Autohaus difference thanks to Renard. I will be sharing my experience and Sales Consultant with all I come in contact with. Mike is an outstanding listener and makes sure he understands what the customer needs before completing the service order. His years of experience with BMW enable him to ask the right questions, which helps both the customer and the mechanic get the job done right the first time. I have been Mike's customer before and I always am glad to get his help when my car needs some attention. He has a great sense of humor, is easy to work with, and always provides outstanding service. First rate as always I have always considered Autohaus to be the place of choice for BMW service and parts but have not used them in a while. I had a few issues With my car including a recall that I wanted to have resolved. I decided that it was time to get the experts involved so I took it to the Autohaus. I am so glad that I did. Greg Issitt handled my service visit and kept me informed and communicated my needs to the technicians. My car is working great and was returned to me clean. The loaner car was a nice part of the experience. I have been using an independent BMW repair shop recently, but no more. The results were not as good as at the Autohaus and what I wanted to get resolved, was resolved by the Autohaus team. I am once again an Autohaus customer. More
Thank You Jeremy Frye and Chris Buie for an Ecellent Sale Jeremy was very patient with my wife and I . He took time to explain all the features on the 328i at that time the vechele was not ready to view but Jeremy was very patient with my wife and I . He took time to explain all the features on the 328i at that time the vechele was not ready to view but made sure we had all the information needed to make our decision. He found a similar 328i for a test drive called us back on Monday to test drive and we made our purchase Jeremy was excellent to work with. Chris Buie was excellent to share all of features on the car and had so much patient with us and told us if we had any question on the options call and he would walk thru on the phone or just bring in and he would helps up thru the set which we have done excellent expierce again Thank You both.
