Uber convenient and top quality service I have a 2005 3 series BMW. He schedules my appointment around my convenience, and informs me of any service items that require immediate attention. In turn, I'm usually not without my vehicle for more than a day. In addition, the fact that this service department provides loaner vehicles as a standard service feature is an immense convenience. No having to worry about getting a ride from friends or family. In fact, I already have a lead on which car I'm looking to purchase next. More

Karen Cares Karen was very knowledgeable about BMW's in general and specifically the pre-certified car I was interested in and its history. She was able to immediately enlist the help of service personnel to show me how to work features of the car I was interested in even before my test drive. She and Eric made my purchase and delivery easy and fast, staying late to give me a tutorial on the features and workings of my car and offering a refresher course if I needed one later on. Karen understood that I was going through a lot emotionally as I was headed to surgery and chemo the following week, patiently and compassionately bearing with me. I purchased my new convertible to help my spirits during my recovery. I believe it will. I certainly can recommend Autohaus employees and especially Karen as very good therapy. More

BMW X1 On 10/09/2015 I noticed on Autohous BMW website a 2014 BMW X1 28i Certified Pre Owned for sale, I have been checking this model out for some time, so On 10/09/2015 I noticed on Autohous BMW website a 2014 BMW X1 28i Certified Pre Owned for sale, I have been checking this model out for some time, so I started an on line chat with Joe Bauer regarding this vehicle for approx. amounts for my trade in, we chatted off and on for a few days, then I decided to take a test drive, then I knew that I wanted this car, but I still wanted to negotiate a better deal, Joe told me he would be out of town the following week and that Bret Midgley would take over for him. On 10/21/2015 I met Bret, and we struck a deal that I was happy with. Both of these Gentlemen were very polite and courteous, I would highly recommend these two salesmen if you are looking to buy a BMW. More
