My car was stalled in the middle of rush hour traffic, and in a panic, I called Jennifer Burke who calmly walked me through the process to get my car My car was stalled in the middle of rush hour traffic, and in a panic, I called Jennifer Burke who calmly walked me through the process to get my car restarted. Jennifer stayed on the phone with me until I was able to move my car to a safe place, apologized for my troubles, and provided me the options to either have my vehicle towed or to drive it to the dealership. I opted to drive my vehicle to the dealership, and during my commute, I received two calls from Jennifer concerning my safety. Upon my arrival, Jennifer was there to greet me, she apologized again from my inconvenience, and had my loaner car waiting. During the entire process, Jennifer was prompt, patient, and professional, taking time to explain all of the details about my repairs. Jennifer was authentic and a pleasure to work with. I was totally impressed with the quality of Jennifer's customer service and with the time frame in which my repairs were completed. Jennifer Burke rocks! More

After ninety minutes of testing driving two cars, looking at five others and searching the Midwest for a car matching my exacting tastes and standards, we found just the right car. They then helped me evaluate numerous lease and purchase options until I was comfortable with the financing approach. Autohaus made sure I made it to my appointment! As my BMW service advisor for several years, Mike Crader is one of the reasons I have been so happy with my BMW and Autohaus. Last week was just one As my BMW service advisor for several years, Mike Crader is one of the reasons I have been so happy with my BMW and Autohaus. Last week was just one of many times he helped me get my car serviced or repaired and back on the road quickly. On August 14 I left home to show a house and noticed the low tire pressure signal on my dashboard. I called my client to explain the situation and to say I would be a few minutes late for our appointment. Then I headed for Autohaus to get my tires checked. Mike was there, found the nail in my rear tire, and determined it could be patched. He also reminded me it was time for an oil change. Within a few minutes Mike had me in a loaner and on my way to meet my clients. By mid-day the next day I had my beloved BMW back. Thanks to Mike and everyone in the service department for making my job easier and for even making sure my car is clean when I pick it up! More
Most customer oriented experience I have had buying a car Dennis and Wendy went the extra mile to make sure I was a happy customer. I bought a car that had some scratches and a door ding. I asked when I purch Dennis and Wendy went the extra mile to make sure I was a happy customer. I bought a car that had some scratches and a door ding. I asked when I purchased if they could get them out. They said sure. After I picked up the car I figured they did what they could but I was a little disappointed in how it still looked. Dennis called to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I said I wished they could have done more with the scratch and door ding. He said bring it back in and we will go over it again. Wendy had a specialist come out and go over the car. We went over the car when I go there and SHE was not happy with the outcome so she said "stay in the BMW that you have been driving for the last few days because we are going to make this car perfect!" THEY PAINTED THE CAR! Holy cow this was above and beyond. I am very happy with the outcome and I would send anyone to this dealer. What a great overall experience. More
