I sent an email over the weekend and 1st thing Monday morning a wonderful young man named Joe Bauer called me about the car. I was swamped at work and told him I did not have time to come down and talk to him. He gave me all the details over the phone about the car and answered all my questions. I told him my wife would stop by and look at the car, I also told him that she could do deal if she decided. My wife went down to see the car and took our trade for them to look at. Mr. Bauer called with the values and we inked the deal. He listened to what I had to say and treated my wife with respect. We picked up our ne X5 Friday night. Mr. Bauer is a true "PROFFESIONAL". He was a pleasure to deal with. More

They are polite and always try to accommodate the scheduling needs I have. They also put you in a loaner car that is in great condition and good working order whenever a longer service appointment is needed. I have had experiences with other BMW dealerships in St. Louis and none compare to the straightforward approach and service experience Autohaus offers. I purchase from there, in part, because of this consistency. More
