This is our 5th BMW from Autohaus and 2nd from Bob. Bob does an amazing job of satisfying the customer. I am very picky and Bob always works hard to ensure my happiness. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience that we have ever had! The facility is amazing, the dealership had a great selection of cars, the salesperson (Don Quinn) did not pressur experience that we have ever had! We have gone out of town to purchase our last two cars and were pleasantly surprised to learn that we would could work with a dealership in town (we are picky!) this time. When we picked up the car we were given the most comprehensive education about the car that we have ever gotten. I would highly reccomend Autohaus to anyone who is looking for a BMW. More

I had a serious electrical problem created by another service experience at a local tire shop & battery shop. I needed to take a trip to DC that day. I took my vehicle to the AutoHaus BMW dealer on South Hanley Road. Once there, Dan Wirick quickly got his team on my issue After a 1 ½ hour investigation and a quick repair I was on my way. BMW AutoHaus took a difficult situation and quickly resolved my concerns, at a very affordable price. I was totally satisfied and will go back to AutoHaus for my BMW needs. I was able to take my emergency trip. Thank you Dan Wirick and the service technician who fixed my car and threw in a quick wash and vacuum. More
Dan Warwick was my customer service agent at Autohaus BMW. Dan was courteous, friendly, concerned about the service of my 325i. Once repair assessment was made, Dan provided me with a comparable vehicle to use until repairs to my car were complete. My car was with the dealer for 1.5 days and I was kept up-to-date as to when the work would be complete. I left a satisfied customer and appreciated the efficiency and care I was shown as a customer. Would definitely use this dealership and certainly want Dan Warwick as my service agent! More

We have leased and/or purchased four vehicles from Autohaus and have had our share of service and body work; each and every experience has been great. We originally visited Autohaus out of frustration dealing with another luxury vehicle dealer in St. Louis, and have not been the least bit disappointed. Not to take anything away from the dealership itself, but the attention and personal service we receive from Bob Dedert, our salesperson, is what makes the difference. Bob is unlike any other salesperson we have dealt with. He did not just shake our hands, hand us our keys and watch us drive away, but years after leasing/selling us our vehicles, he still coordinates our service visits and makes certain we know our business is appreciated. BMW is great, but if Bob was selling Pintos, we would have to consider changing brands. Five stars for Autohaus and five stars for Bob Dedert. More

Where to start? Autohaus was the best experience I ever had trying to buy a BMW and won't consider going anywhere else from now on. I had previously been to Suntrup BMW and they are smarmy, scheming an had trying to buy a BMW and won't consider going anywhere else from now on. I had previously been to Suntrup BMW and they are smarmy, scheming and unprofessional. They are the epitome of "used car salesman" and quite frankly I have no idea how they stay in business. Or paste this link into your browser: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_miSTiq1qFY I was put off buying a new car after that horrific experience for quite awhile, however I needed to get a new vehicle and wanted a BMW (had to separate BAD DEALER from the BMW Brand in my mind) so I went to Plaza BMW since it was closer to my house than Autohaus. I spoke with a sales rep there who spent a lot of time one afternoon working with me to choose a 2010 BMW X6 that happened to be in Maryland instead of Missouri where I live. We could not come to an agreement on price on my trade in (2007 Escalade with low miles) and the salesman kept dragging his feet saying OK let me talk to the people here and see what I can do. The rep was not very attentive to the sale and wouldn't call me back for days at a time. Finally, I told him that I was going to talk to Autohaus since we couldn't come to an agreement on a price and it was taking so long to get things done. I didn't really want to switch to Autohaus since the Plaza rep had spent so much time helping me pick out a car. The Plaza sales rep said "Oh, well if Autohaus offers you with a lower price let me know." I told him if Autohaus met my price with out jacking me around for 3 weeks that I would only call him to let him know that Autohaus had my business. 2 weeks later I still hadn't talked to Autohaus and finally just agreed to a price higher than what I wanted to pay (Plaza wouldn't come down $183 after I came up $3,000) because I just wanted to be finished with it. Plaza wanted me to come in the next day and sign the papers (the end of the month!) but I had a flight out of town for the weekend and could come in to sign the papers. They never put a call in to put the car in Maryland on hold. After I finally called back a week later to find out what was going on with the paperwork, they said there may be a problem with the car in Maryland and tried to steer me to a diffent car. I'd had enough! I called Autohaus BMW and got Karen Walters. I went in and told her what I wanted, what I was looking to pay, what I was looking for for a trade and within 30 minutes we had a deal! WHY HAD I WAITED SO LONG for reasonable customer service!!! Karen was attentive to every detial during the sale trying to track down the car I wanted, but it had been sold. She spent time with me trying to find another similar car, but we couldn't. So I went online put together the X6 with the options I wanted and Karen worked with me in a very prompt, professional and respectable manner. We ordered the car. She called me regularly with updates about the progress. Finally, I had my car. She spent an entire morning walking me through the features of my new car. Joe the sales manager came over and said hello and made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. After the sale I had a couple of issues with the nav system, but both Joe and Karen worked with me to get them resolved. They went above and beyond in service! All I can say is the Autohaus experience is the only experience that treats you like a valued customer. Don't even bother trying another BMW dealear, just go to Autohaus they will treat you right from the get-go!! Great job, guys! More
