We reflected on his product knowledge as we visited other dealerships. We called Dennis just before closing on Saturday to say we wanted the car he showed us. There was no hurry, but he took our credit card down payment and stayed long after closing. He had our car ready on Monday afternoon and met us at the scheduled time.
