I started my Autohaus experience last year when my wife wanted an X5. I contacted the dealership and was introduced to Joe Bauer. Kent, the Used Car manager, was great to work with on my trade-in, and Joe did a fine job getting Kathe and me comfortable with the performance and features of the X5. In fact, the whole process was so positive that I went back to Joe and asked him to find me a 535xi for me! He worked with me on finding the right vehicle, managed the trade-in process for me, and put me in a great new 535xi in a professional, low-key and courteous manner. Everybody always thinks they got a great deal when they buy a car, but I know that what we agreed on was right for me and accommodated my needs. I am now a big Autohaus and Joe Bauer fan! More
