Chris is Awesome I was having issues with my BMW and was afraid to continue to drive it. I called the service department only to find there where no available appointm I was having issues with my BMW and was afraid to continue to drive it. I called the service department only to find there where no available appointments for at least a week. I took a chance on just walking in hoping I would get the help I needed. Chris came out of his office with a smile and paid close attention to everything I had to say with no interruptions. He assured me that everything would be taken care of, placed me in a loaner, and the rest is history. Chris kept in contact with me during the process informing me of the issues and what needed to be done. This was the best experience I have had so far with the service department and Chris made it happen. More

New Car I just purchased my 5th BMW, I think I have bot 3 of them from Autohaus. I started working with Joe Bauer about a month ago to figure out how to trad I just purchased my 5th BMW, I think I have bot 3 of them from Autohaus. I started working with Joe Bauer about a month ago to figure out how to trade in my existing lease and get in a new one. He made everything very easy and smooth and never once did I feel like I was getting screwed over or taken advantage of. That being said, yes I would buy from them / him again based on that experiance. Nothing went wrong and I was in and out very quickly. Good work Joe! I absolutely love my car, and feel so blessed that I am able to drive the vehicle that I do. More
