A few years back I had stopped by the AUTO HOUSE BMW dealership to pick up parts for a BMW that I had purchased off of Craigslist. After picking up my parts and driving through the parking lot to exit, I noticed a BMW 650i and I knew this was the car for me. This is when I met Joe Bauer, he walked from the showroom out to the parking lot with a giant book of information, and I don't mean a book literally, but a book of knowledge that he has in his mind. Joe seemed to know everything about every vehicle on the parking lot. After talking with Joe about the vehicle he only backed up my feelings that this was the car for me, but with no pressure to purchase it. As I walked through the building to complete the deal I met more knowledgeable and intelligent staff of the Autohaus BMW team. Remembering my first time ever coming to the dealership to pick up parts it seemed to be impossible to walk the property of the Autohaus BMW dealership without encountering someone with a warm greeting and a pleasant smile. After owning my 650i for a short time and never needing service I decided I wanted to upgrade to a more roomy but still sporty vehicle the X6 M . The thought of how pleasant the team of the Autohaus BMW dealership were when purchasing my current vehicle, left me with only one solution, I had to return for the next one. So again I returned to the dealership only to find the same pleasant staff, and at that moment I knew that this was no act and these people are genuinely the best. I met with Joe and once again he assured me that this was the car for me with no pressure to purchase it. I could go on and on about how wonderful these guys are but until you go into the Autohaus BMW dealership, you can only read about my awesome experience with the entire team, and Joe Bauer is the best in his class. More

She has always been up front with a smile and very helpful in my situation with every car I bring her. I am shown my options for my service and everything is explained. The staff at AutoHaus is also very friendly and will take time to talk with you no matter how busy they may be. At present time we are trying to make a decision as to extend a warranty or step into a new X3. Bob Warner has been very prompt in calls and makes us feel like we are understood in what we are looking for in our situation with this new purchase. Rick with extended warranties has been very helpful and did not try to over sell and understood that we may want to look at a new purchase. Of course it probably scares them with my long hair and very casual dress with a nick name ozzy when I walk in ! My point is that it doesn't matter. This past summer I purchased two BMW's from Bob. The first one was totaled after just 7 days (it was not my fault). He actually came to my house to set/link my garage door opener w/ my car that I was having trouble with. I truly appreciated that he would do this for a customer. Greg and Autohaus were wonderful to work with. Greg kept me informed about the progress of my repairs with regular phone calls. I have a 3 series diesel sedan and it started to lose power suddenly while dri me informed about the progress of my repairs with regular phone calls. I have a 3 series diesel sedan and it started to lose power suddenly while driving. It was determined to be carbon build up in the engine which apparently is not a rare occurence. At 60 K miles it is out of warranty and Greg and Autohaus were able to get the repairs covered by BMW at no cost to me and that is greatly appreciated. Autohaus' loaner program is top shelf. Other visits to Autohaus for service/repairs have always been painless and easy. I did not give them 5/5 across the board as it took just under 4 weeks to get my car back, small price considering I did not have to pay for this repair. I plan to keep this car for a while and I now wish I had purchased the extended warranty, my bad. More

After four months of dealing with a problem our 2013 BMW X3 was having at another dealer, we were referred to Autohaus BMW. That referral turned out to be the best thing since purchasing our X3. From beginning to the end of that process, Bob made sure that we were kept well informed of every aspect of it. His attention to detail made us know how dedicated he is to what he does and showed us through him that BMW is dedicated to the people that buy their cars. There was no question that he couldn't answer. He made us feel so comfortable about and throughout the process since it was brand new for us. Now that we are also servicing our 2008 535i at Autohaus, the overall experience of being at another dealer has truly put Autohaus above the rest.
