After a couple of test drives we selected our car and returned to his office to discuss price and the trade in value of our old car. This whole process was quick and stress free. When it came time to pick up our car, Renard was right there to make sure everything went smoothly and expertly explained all the features of our car. Joe was unavailable on the day we picked up the car, but he arranged it all so that Brett Midgley handled the final paperwork and the new car orientation session. Both Joe and Brett were excellent to work with. Rick Riccio handled the financing and he was also great to work with. He found a rate cheaper than what BMW was offering, and he made the paperwork very easy. Car buying isn't always pleasant, but this one was from beginning to end because of Joe, Brett, and Rick. I highly recommend this BMW dealership. More
