The best part was that we felt like we got a reasonable value on our trade in and a fair price on the new vehicle. I came in from out of town, took care of all the paperwork and was out of the lot in 2 hours, no surprises. The follow up service has also been excellent and we look forward to buying from Autohaus again. More

Fantastic experience with sales team at Autohaus. My wife and I arrived at the Autohaus dealership at 8:15am on June 14th before the sales dept was even open. We were greeted very quickly by the used car manager, John Williams. He was very informative and helpful. Bob Dedert assisted throughout the process and ultimately delivered a near new 5 series BMW to us late that Friday afternoon. He could not have been more agreeable and helpful in seeing that we were cared for. I've bought many cars and I don't ever remember receiving the same level of care and professionalism that we experienced this week at Autohaus. My hats off to the organization. Even though we live in Roanoke Va, I foresee buying again from Autohaus. This is entirely due to the staff. The cars are great but as a former retail business owner, I know the customer can always find what he is looking for elsewhere and it's the staff that can make it special, so you look forward to returning.
