Oil Service and Repair paint blemish. Within a week of taking possession of my new BMW I found a blemish in the paint. After showing it to Victor Richards, he took pictures and contacted B Within a week of taking possession of my new BMW I found a blemish in the paint. After showing it to Victor Richards, he took pictures and contacted BMW for repair authorization. After receiving authorization, Victor arranged to have the blemish repaired when I brought the car in for its next service. I brought the car in for an oil service. Mike Crader arranged the oil service and paint repair in a timely and hospitable manner. He kept me informed during the process. A brand new loaner with less than 900 miles was supplied to me. My BMW was returned with the paint repaired and the oil service completed not only in a timely manner, but it was as clean and spotless as it was when first received it. More
