Autobahn Volvo Cars Fort Worth

Took my 12 Year old Volvo in to have the retractable hard top recalibrated due to my fault of messing it up. My C70 was a 9.5 no damage except a couple of small paint chips on front wheel well opening. I had top recalibrated due to my fault of messing it up. Sadly when I went to pick up my car 5 weeks later they carged me twice the normal calibration fee discussed on Volvo forums and car was in terrible shape with a 4 1/2 long 1 1/2 by 1/4 deep dent just behind the drivers door and above the rocker panel, still had a blob of grease on it, probably made by a floor jack being rolled into it judging by the shape, . The drivers seat that I just treated was filthy with ground in reddish dirt it took me an hour to clean. In the back the bumper cover has an 1/8 inch wide scuff mark 3 inches long with a chip of paint at the end down to the primer, and greasy heel prints on the drivers floor mat and greasy fingerprints on the headliner above the rearview mirror. I know dealers sometimes make mistakes but this was totally unacceptable. I took my car and will never go back again. Service rep Hector was nice to talk to, but dosen't check cars condition before calling customer which is poor leadership. More
