Had expensive steering/alignment repairs. Carlos showed me what was being done and answered all my questions. Ashley kept us in the loop as to what needed to be done and our options and even Carlos showed me what was being done and answered all my questions. Ashley kept us in the loop as to what needed to be done and our options and even got us a loaner car so we could keep ours there to get worked on the next day when parts came in. We live 1.5 hrs away so that was really helpful. Parts department folks were very friendly and helpful as well. Pleasant visit except for the bill. More
