The salesperson we delt with was great, his name is Christian. The rest of the experience was pretty bad. It started with the price of the car advertised was not what they wanted to sell it for, they a Christian. The rest of the experience was pretty bad. It started with the price of the car advertised was not what they wanted to sell it for, they added a window tint ($699) and said that was just part of it and could not be taken out. The manager ( AL) came in and agreed to reduce the window tint charge to $250, still but ok. We agreed to buy it, waited for the finance person for 45 minutes. They did not attend to us meanwhile, we waited as long as we could but decided to leave because it was already almost 9pm. They called us and asked us to please come back, but we explained our kids had school and we could not, but we agreed with them to be back the next morning at 9:30 am to finish signing the paperwork. To our surprise, int he AM we got a call from the salesman at around 9:30 am ( the time we were to meet to sign the documents they messed up on the day we were there) he tells us they sold the car, but could offer us another car a few days later. Honestly, I am extremely disappointed and I would never do business with AutoNation again, they were dishonest, they not only agreed to meet the next morning for the paperwork, they suggested since we could no longer wait. On our end, everything was done, ready to go. These people are dishonest, I am shocked that they would do something like this. My suggestion would be that moving forward, be honest with people, tell them the price upfront ( on the website) and once you agree to sell the car, sell it and do not sell it to someone else. It is extremely disappointing and dishonest and I am certain not the way to do business. More
Service is great with certain limitations. Parts ;markup is excessive. The most expensive parts on line cost half as much as the dealer charges. I know all dealerships are high. I shopped around and by far they have the largest selection of cars. The staff and sales people were very nice and helpful. I bought a 2022 Atlas. Definitely would recommend them. selection of cars. I was disappointed that it took 3 weeks to get my car in for service. Once I did get to the service department with Chase, I was very appreciative of his time and understanding for what was needed.
