BTW, I noticed the same with some of the other people that were making a purchase the same day I was. My only complaint would be (and I think this is a universal thing at all car dealerships) that once I said yes, the process to close the deal and head out the door was too slow. More

I was having some issues with my car, so I called and explained my issue. Matt was able to work with my crazy schedule and get me in within a few days! When I arrived, there was no wait!
