We knew exactly what vehicle we wanted, we made first contact with AutoNation VW Mall of Georgia via their website, we were contacted back immediately, it was Halloween night, and BOOM! Mark made it happ contact with AutoNation VW Mall of Georgia via their website, we were contacted back immediately, it was Halloween night, and BOOM! Mark made it happen, we drove out of there in less than 3 hours with our dream SUV, thanks to Mark! Superb service from beginning to end. No tricks just treats - Happy Halloween to us! oh and did I mention, the dealership is super pet friendly (we couldn't leave our pet home alone on a spooky night) and bilingual (I'm a native Spanish speaker). Despite lately It is practically impossible to take the car immediately when presenting a failure (no walk in welcome anymore like used to be in some cases like for battery issues like mine this time), the car immediately when presenting a failure (no walk in welcome anymore like used to be in some cases like for battery issues like mine this time), the available appointments usually are given from 1 to 2 weeks but once there, the service advisor and technicians do an excellent job, they keep you informed every moment until they return the car back to you More
