The car wasn’t ready and in fact was not ready for several days even after the payment check wasn’t presented. The tricky attempt to not sell the car to the buyer who presented the check was a dishonest attempt to void the transaction and sell it to other buyers who came up with higher offers. More
I’ve never experienced this level of customer service at a dealership. Everyone was friendly including those employees not directly assisting me. My experience was amazing! One issue: I only got one key and there are supposed to be 2 keys. My salesman, Christopher Rozier, is pushing to get my second one but since the car was at another of your dealerships the salesmen there won't give up the key, even though it clearly says "1/2 keys" on the paperwork. I am very happy with my experience with Christopher, my salesman, just not as happy with those who won't give up the spare key or who lost it (?). I don't like that there is a spare key to MY car floating around out there! More
