Well I have to say this Dealership is not what you would think, let me explain in detail. On May 26 I found a truck on line that they had so I called about it talked with a sales representative said I was going to the bank and get them a cashier check he said that they would hold the truck we both agreed on meeting at 3:00 pm so I went to the bank took out the money and went to the dealership when I got there I asked for my sales representative they took me to his office he was rushing around I was like what’s going on he stated that the truck was evening sold to someone else he needed to do the paperwork fast and since I was paying cash that he would have no problem, so he left me and went somewhere else so I got up and walked outside the truck that I had came to buy was parked there I thought they brought it around so I could look at it and drive it so the door was unlocked I took a quick look inside at that time the salesman and a manager approached me with his hand out I asked if there was a problem he said no unless you make one he then said that the truck had already been bought. I asked how could that happen didn’t they think about pulling it around and saying they had a customer coming to look at it and drive it that it was probably sold he stated he didn’t think of that but yes they should have. I was disappointed but I understand so as I’m leaving I noticed another truck sitting there so I went back in and found another ( different) salesman and asked about it we talked then I drove it and said ok I like it let’s do a deal we did and I drove it home all is good until the tag they gave me ran out so I called no one would return my calls because I had called before about my title so on July 9th I went down there to get a extension on my tag I was notified that they had to pay the truck off I said you had 6 weeks to pay it off I need my title so I can get my tag they said there nothing they can that I had to go to the DMV and work it out that my title would be in my hand in a few days now that was 3 hours later, so I left . The next day on the 10th I went to the DMV in my county and I did work it out but only 30 day after that I can’t drive it until I get the title. Today July 20th I still haven’t received my title and haven’t even gotten a phone call. Just telling y’all my experience.
