Bought a car and first of all they put down my phone number wrong. So when they were trying to reach out to me regarding it they couldn’t. Second of all, it took me a week to get the rest of the down payment because of a sale of stocks and they basically made me feel like a criminal or some white trash degenerate because they wouldn’t let me give them a card and let them charge it a week later. So I couldn’t take the car I just bought. Let’s not forget I just signed a 42,000 contract for the car that would ruin me if I didn’t complete it. Since I live over an hour and a half away from the dealership I really didn’t think this was an unreasonable request. But at least the salesman delivered the car a week later. At least he was able to test drive it. I bought a car that couldn’t leave the parking lot for some reason and the rear view mirror fell of the xxxx thing right as we took off. All I was was another number to them. Really left a horrible taste in my mouth about AutoNation. Really hope the car is reliable as I really don’t want to have to deal with them regarding a warranty issue. More

I negotiated a remote purchase while out of state this August. Ms. Aja Cummings did an exceptional job of making sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. She not only secured the vehicle that I needed, she was able to lock in the sale for me even though I couldn’t arrive at their location for another 72 hours. Her level of commitment to me was something that I would expect from a family member, not a car salesperson. Ms. Jessica Slaughter assisted me with the financial documents. She took time to provide details that directly answered my questions and extremely pleasant to work with. The only reason that I didn’t give the dealership a 5/5 is because of additional equipment that I wanted added to my vehicle. The service department said roof bars and a cargo rack were not available equipment for my vehicle. I knew this to be inaccurate, as I investigated the options on the VW website prior to this engagement. When I arrived, I also saw the equipment available through their automated kiosk under additional accessories. This was rather disappointing as I am an extremely busy individual and have very few opportunities to handle personal business, such as the vehicle purchase. We purchased our CPO Jetta here about 3 weeks ago, great experience. We have also brought it in for service. It is still under warranty. He explains things thoroughly and makes sure you are completely satisfied before you leave. It seems they strive for good customer service and want to do a good job. More
