The only reason that I didn’t give the dealership a 5/5 is because of additional equipment that I wanted added to my vehicle. I knew this to be inaccurate, as I investigated the options on the VW website prior to this engagement. When I arrived, I also saw the equipment available through their automated kiosk under additional accessories. This was rather disappointing as I am an extremely busy individual and have very few opportunities to handle personal business, such as the vehicle purchase. We purchased our CPO Jetta here about 3 weeks ago, great experience. We have also brought it in for service. It is still under warranty.
