I'm new to VW and I really wanted to like the dealership. Started off on the wrong foot by being charged for extras when I purchased the car 03/2023. It took several months to get my $$ back. Car is still under warranty and has been to dealership several times now for same problem. Always another excuse about why problem hasn't been fixed ... part not in stock, tech now thinks a different part is needed, tech was too busy, tech got sick, tech broke a different part that now has to be ordered, tech has other cars to work on, etc. I always have an appointment and they always have an excuse. I even researched to find the broken part because they said it had to be ordered from Canada. I found the part in 3 different dealerships in the US and gave them the info. My car has now been there 10 days and it's still sitting in the parking lot even though they insist they have all needed parts. Tech is just very busy with other cars .... They don't seem to care at all that nothing gets done when they say it will or that it's inconvenient to the customer. You just get shrugged shoulders when you let them know what's going on is unacceptable, because they know there's nothing you can do about it and you're just stuck with them. More

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the handling of my VW vehicle’s ongoing issues. Despite purchasing this car new, the radio, camera, CarPlay, and screen have never functioned pr with the handling of my VW vehicle’s ongoing issues. Despite purchasing this car new, the radio, camera, CarPlay, and screen have never functioned properly. For over a year, I have repeatedly brought the car in for service, only to be told that someone would get back to me—yet I am consistently ignored, and the problems remain unresolved. It is deeply concerning that VW and the dealership appear to find it acceptable for a customer to drive a defective and potentially unsafe vehicle. I am paying for a car that fails to meet basic functionality, and the lack of accountability or action on this matter is unacceptable. Horrible experience servicing my car. Brought my car for service and 2 weeks later they found something wrong with an item in my engine that it if they really inspected properly inspected they would have caught it. Especially since they supposedly did a multi point inspection. Can’t take responsibility for dropping the ball. Sends me a video showing the so called issue for less than 10 seconds on the video spent more time showing me something for my to spend money on. Items that I have noted in the past doesn’t get documented properly. You speak to management and they have no sense of let’s address the customers concern let’s just talk about issues with your own cars. Picked up my car and noticed a scratch on my rim and they have no comment. Especially when they said they reviewed the wheels and said everything is ok. The cable that they said is chewed looks like a clean cutting of wires. AutoNation doesn’t care and VW doesn’t do anything. I’m glad we spend so much money on vehicles for to be treated and taken care in a crappy way. No response from the corporate office and have messages showing I’m asking for a response and get nowhere. More

My son bought a used BMW from this dealer. Added on to sales contract were nearly $4,000 of GAP protection, wheel and tire care and vehicle care protection he could not use. It took me about 10 phone calls to get 2 of these useless add ons canceled, and after 28 phone calls to the dealer I still have not got the Vehicle care protection (oil change he would have to travel 100 miles to use) canceled. No one returns phone calls at this dealer, the phone system does not work unless you have an extension. Also, he got a check to pay Alabama sales tax and it was to the wrong county. UNLESS YOU WANT THE SAME EXPERIENCE, DON'T SHOP AT THIS DEALER. BUYER BEWARE!!! More

It wasn’t until I reached out to the Better Business Bureau that this dealership reached out to me and wanted to help. Yet The issues have not been fixed. I’ve owned this car since November 20 23 and the issues have persisted till now I have not been able to enjoy my vehicle My vehicle has been at this dealership for service 4 times for the same issue Each time my vehicle was brought for service. It was kept for a little over a month so mind you since November I have not had this car for a long period of time in my position . Nothing has been resolved at least when Jason Reeves was the general manager he wanted to help people out this acting Manager. He’s not for people he’s not he’s not about the company. He’s about his paycheck. Paycheck mind you if you have issues with your vehicle, they will do as little as possible. According to the manager, there has been so much money poured into my vehicle and it still has not been fixed. Purchase a used vehicle from this dealership, please be mindful and knowing that you will not get the correct amount of help and your issues will not be resolved. If you were having issues with this dealership I recommend you reach out to the better business bureau Attorney generals office for consumer protection. Maybe they would be of some help. More
