I received no paperwork or email for the 10k mile service I had on my 2021 Tiguan last week. The vehicle is still saying that I am overdue for service. I also did not get requested information on some minor I had on my 2021 Tiguan last week. The vehicle is still saying that I am overdue for service. I also did not get requested information on some minor trim work I need done. They did a complimentary repair on a slow leak tire I had. I don’t have the satisfied feeling I was expecting at this point. Great car, marginal follow up at this point. More
Auto Nation is new but many of the same people are there from HHVW Peacock. They don't have any cars right now. Really frustrated that two previous services over 2 years couldn't find a fix for my phone tha from HHVW Peacock. They don't have any cars right now. Really frustrated that two previous services over 2 years couldn't find a fix for my phone that was done by another dealer within 5000 miles of purchase. After complaining they researched it and fixed it after first talking me I had to buy a new info system for $1500. Level of attention and listening seems to customers is quite low. More

Clearly, the online experience needs to improve, but I was able to get everything done and in a reasonable wait. The technicians know what they are doing. I can only rate a 4 because of the online service that VW keeps saying to use. Everything else would receive a 5. More
