Been going here for 20 years. They are the best. Work always done to perfection. Staff is so helpful. This visit required towing. I had and cancelled 4 appointments because the t They are the best. It was raining daily. The tow operation was extremely busy. My final appointment was for 10:30 am and the car arrived at 4 pm. Through all of this Amy was kind and patient. She kept me informed by phone. She is the best and I look forward to working with her in the future. More

Through no fault of theirs the part was delayed for almost 6 weeks! In that time, there was a change in managers. He was NOT always communicative with me which was frustrating. Eventually I was offered a loaner car. I thought the charge for labor was very high despite the fact they gave me a discount on the overall bill. Wish they were closer to my home and HOPE I won't be needing service any time in the near future! More
