A summary isn't enough to say how great they are!!! I have been taking my 05 VW Jetta Wagon to their service department for years. I have never felt so confident in a automotive service provider. Recently my poor old Jetta started costing me quite a bit in repairs so I decided it was time to look into buying something newer. A very short discussion with my husband was all we needed to decide we wanted to stay in the Hilton Head Volkswagen Family. We drove a 2014 Tiguan SE (w/Appearance!) off the lot just two days ago and we couldn't be happier! Cameron Despres was wonderful! He worked very hard to get a price and payments that I could afford. I never felt pushed and I NEVER feel cheated at HH VW. I might not have been the biggest spender they have ever had but they made me feel like a million bucks! Thank you Cameron! But also a big thank you to Aimee and Doozer and Lauren and Maureen and Jason and everyone that has contributed to this being one of the best dealerships/service departments that I have ever encountered. You've got yourselves a customer for life! P.S. I want to clarify the last question about being "left alone for more than five minuets at anytime during the buying process" I feel like a person should have a minute to themselves when making such an important purchase. I had a few phone calls to make and I needed privacy and I got it. So the real answer is 'yes' but it better mean a good thing to you survey interpreters! More
