Big assist for an out of town visitor Came to Beaufort SC from Frederick, MD for my nephews graduation from basic training at Parris Island. Friday afternoon was warm (80 degrees) and the Came to Beaufort SC from Frederick, MD for my nephews graduation from basic training at Parris Island. Friday afternoon was warm (80 degrees) and the two left side dash vents in my 2015 Passat were blowing extremely hot air. Two in the right were blowing air conditioned air as I had the A/C on. Called HH VW and they said bring it on in at 3:00 PM on a Friday. They checked it out right away, diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts to be sent overnight with an AM delivery. Went back the next morning for the repair and was back on the road out of town before noon. I cannot say enough good things about the entire service team for how they took care of me and my problem. Especially being from out of town and needing to be on the road again by Saturday. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! More
