Actually, the service was so outstanding that I was driven home (poor night vision), and Tiffany delivered our new car to our front door! The car was within our price range, and much nicer then any of the other cars we had considered. But what really made the difference was the sales lady. Tiffany Keagy is a young millennial, so sharp, so charming, she actually listened to what I was looking for!! I came in looking for used SUV as my (other brand) SUV had been totaled. Previously I had owed a VW and liked it; I came here looking at the atlas for its flexible 3rd row and cargo area features. I had already been to five other dealerships over the course of a few days so if been through the ringer. At VW they listened and understood my financial caps and tried to find a car in my limits, that fit my needs and that I would like. In the end I purchased a new Atlas because Year end new car financing and solid warranties made sense relative to other more expensive (even used) cars in the same class. More
