He was very patient in discussing and explaining all the detailed questions we had. Unlike other dealer, we found that everything Bob told us was verifiable as we discovered from our research and discovery over time. All the other support staff were also very professional, friendly, and honest. I look forward to continued service with Courtesy as needed for our new Prius. This will be another test of the quality of your automotive maintenance staff and will determine whether I return to Courtesy Toyota for my next purchase. The last new car purchase we make here in Orlando had a good sales staff, but the service department left a lot to be desired. (Lost my maintenance record book, were not prompt in keeping with preset schedules, high turn-over employee rate, and would take much longer for regular service that I have ever experienced before (1-2 hrs per oil change). A person would wonder, "What on earth are they doing to my vehicle?) More
I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received starting from the moment I walked into this dealer. I visited 2 other dealers in my area and walked away feeling I was gonna get raked over received starting from the moment I walked into this dealer. I was out of state with my family for the holidays and Ms.Carrasco delivered my car with keys tucked away in a gift box @ her expense & a big red bow on my wife's new Venza. These are the things that separate the customer service based dealer from the wallet jacking dealers. I'm pleased to say this dealer has a customer for life. As for the service department I drive by 2 Toyota dealers to get my wife's car serviced here. I can say I had no issues with any portion of my visit. They changed oil & filter & cleaned my car. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is in the market for a new car or needs car serviced. Give Jessica C the opportunity to make you a great deal. More

We went to Winter Park Toyota looking to learn before we bought and that is exactly what happened. Renaud Peters met us in the parking lot and took us through Toyota 101 in regards hybrids and showed us th bought and that is exactly what happened. From the first discussion until the night we signed the paperwork and drove off the lot, Renaud was personable, informative and low pressure, with the type of rapport with us that helped to us to form a decision with comfort and confidence. This was how car buying should be, and we will certainly be back to do it again as the need dictates. The rest of the staff we worked with were both helpful and informative and during the closing process the manager we worked with was very helpful. More

I had purchased a 2007 Toyota Tundra CrewMax Limited truck from Central Fl.Toyota and MY COURTESY TOYOTA DEALERSHIP STORY !! I had purchased a 2007 Toyota Tundra CrewMax Limited truck from Central Fl.Toyota and was happy with the deal from there at the time.I wanted to trade there again and tried to do so ! The only problem was that my sales person had moved to another dealership. BIG PROBLEM well no deal there to be had at Central for sure!! I looked around and almost purchased at David Moss Toyota PROBLEM was not the vehicle I really wanted. So as I was about to buy I contacted Courtesy Toyota Winter Park Fl. I spoke to Mr Bob Lavin the internet mgr. I might add he has lots of patience to be able to deal with me. I am a tough and tight person when it comes to car prices. I want the best price there is on my trade and the vehicle I'm buying. Mr Bob Lavin hung in there with me to the bitter Sweet end !! The dealership will give you a good price for tradein's as well as the new car your buying. In conclusion Mr Eunice sales GM and Mr Bob Lavin are great guys to do business with! As for the best part I have been back to the dealership a couple of times for service and questions and a person could not have ask for better help with either questions and service was over the top in my book. This has to be the very BEST TOYOTA DEALER IN CENTRAL FLORIDA BAR NONE !!! More
I had done a lot of homework on the Prius before I came to Courtesy. I had already made up my mind that it was to be the Prius V. I had received an e-mail and then talked to Bob on the phone. We talked for a bit and then he got the key remote so that I could test drive it. I, immediately, fell in love with the car. I really hadn't planned to buy it that day, but before I knew it, I was driving away in my new car. The finanacing went smoothly. Bob also introdued me to the service manager. I will certainly recommend this dealership and salesperson to anyone who is looking for a new car, especially a Prius. More

Ken my sales associate was great. There was never a "hard sell" or any other dealer tricks. We had a horrible experience with Toyota of Orlando so we decided to give Courtesy Toyota a try. We ended up with a newer giant sales guy by the name of Basil who couldn't have been a nicer guy who was very decided to give Courtesy Toyota a try. He was the absolute opposite of our Toyota of Orlando sales guy who was pushy and just down right slimey. We found our Camry on the lot, exactly how we wanted it, and he let us continue on a pace we felt comfortable with. We believe we received a fair price and the transition was seamless. I understand a dealerships reputation can vary by the sales person, but this experience was great and I would recommend this store and sales person to my friends and family. More
Let me start off by saying that I have never felt the need to write an online review of any establishment, either positive or negative, for any reason until now. However, I feel so strongly displeased w need to write an online review of any establishment, either positive or negative, for any reason until now. However, I feel so strongly displeased with the consistent incompetence of the service staff of the Courtesy Toyota in Winter Park, that I feel I would be doing others in the area a disservice if I didn't give them fair warning before considering this location. I am not a car expert. That's why I pay the premium price of having my car serviced at the dealership. Due to faulty work in the service department, my 5 year old vehicle experienced complete engine failure. My service rep then began fabricating stories about the details of my maintenance in an attempt to rid himself of liability. I tried my best to work out a fair deal to take a brand new car off the lot, but rather than working with me in a professional manner, I had to wait endlessly in the showroom while they were "crunching numbers' for me and listen to Younes, the sales manager, gloat to a new sales associate about how much he can make in commission. As someone who has experience in professional selling, this is completely unacceptable, especially considering the circumstances. At the advice of my lawyer, I towed my vehicle from Toyota's lot, since it seemed no good faith agreement would be possible. After hearing this, they ripped up my $4K bill for repairs, and replaced my engine at no cost to me. What a generous change of heart, huh? After all this, you are probably curious why I would continue to have my vehicle serviced there. I simply assumed that after a nightmare experience like that with potential legal implications, I would be the last person they would want to treat in less than a professional manner. You would think that when I pulled my car in for service, red flags would go up in the history of the vehicle saying, "whatever you do, don't screw this up again." Wrong. Another misinformed service rep order a "missing part" for my car that mysteriously disappeared at my cost. I was shocked to see my oil change come out to $92 without any warning. After I paid the bill reluctantly, it was explained that the part was missing because it was only designed for cars built before 2003 and that it was not needed at all on my car. I hope my experience is an isolated one. The one shining light in this establishment is the even-tempered, apologetic professionalism of Stuart, the service manager, whose automotive knowledge seems to supersede the combined knowledge on the rest of the staff below him. Best case scenario, if everything goes as well here, be prepared to be inundated by letters, emails, and phone calls asking you to provide feedback afterwards. Today was my last visit to Courtesy Toyota of Winter Park. More
