I made an appointment for a check on my tires after a recent purchase of a certified used car. The truck was running rough, I thought it might be the tires. The service department confirmed I needed an alignment, which I was surprised as I just purchased the vehicle three weeks prior. I would have thought this was included in the certification prior to purchase, but no. I ended up paying for the alignment, but the service agent Antonio was nice enough to give me a slight discount, which I appreciated.
