I called the dealership to inquire about a diagnostic checkup due to the engine light being lit. Andrew took the call and was very friendly and professional over the phone. He offered a complimentary diagnostic checkup and offered to schedule me an appointment or take care of me as a walk-in. I canceled an existing appointment with another center and brought my car to Courtesy Toyota Winter Park. The staff was very hepful from the moment I pulled in. Andrew came out to greet me, provided a general time for completion and directed me to their waiting area which included a lounge like environment, cafe, theatre, gaming area for children, and who knows what else. The diognostic checkup took longer than expected and the news to follow bleek. The check engine light was the least of my troubles, the thorough inspection provided by the technician identified critical repairs needed which I was shown including a split drive belt among other things. On my budget, I thought I would have to walk away but Andrew and I reviewed the recommended services, identified the critical repairs needed, and negociated a price that I could afford for these repairs. I was provided a rental car free of charge while they repaired my vehicle. They even went as far as repairing a couple small items that were not on the list such as the dashboard light and water line. I an beyond pleased with the quality of service receieved from the staff, Andrew was wonderful, the rental car agent was very pleasant and the technician who repaired my car did an awesome job. I now have a place to take my car that I trust will do right by me. More

I purchased a 2010 Prius from Courtesy Toyota. My sales person was George Ibrahim. George is highly knowledgeable, friendly, and instantly gained my trust. His emphasis seemed to be on meeting my needs and making sure I had a good buying experience. Courtesy didn't have the Prius I wanted with the advanced technology package in stock. George located one at another dealership. I got a fair price on my trade and George made the buying experience enjoyable and stress free. I had been to another dealership previously, where the emphasis seemed to be on the quick sale, selling me what they had on their lot, whether it matched my needs or not. It was indeed refreshing to walk in to Courtesy and have the customer centered experience I had. We love the Prius, but it developed a high speed (above 60 mph) squeak which was hard to isolate. My service advisor, Jason Rubel, had his technicians ride with me to try to isolate the troublesome squeak. The technicians were so knowledgeable and friendly, but after a few appointments, the high speed squeak persisted. The service director, Stewart Burzee, got involved, having other technicians try to isolate the squeak. The problem was finally resolved when Mr Burzee himself rode laying down in the back seat, with the door open, at 60 mph on the interstate, identifying the source by pressing on the rocker panel under the door. It was a defective clip. The personal involvement of Mr Burzee in diagnosing the problem and the persistence of his staff are exemplary. They are true professionals! My youngest daughter and her husband in Fort Myers, FL were recently in the market for a car. I recommended they drive the 200 miles up to Orlando to buy their car from the best car dealership I've encountered. I sent them to George Ibrahim. My daughter and her husband had the same enjoyable, stress free purchase experience as I did. They bought a Venza. I have since recommended Courtesy Toyota to several of my friends. Courtesy Toyota has the qualities one hopes for in a dealership, both in the way they treat you during the purchase process, and the way they take care of their customers after the sale. More
